AlgaEnergy presents in Italy its biostimulants based on microalgae AgriAlgae®
21 6月, 2018The success and interest aroused by the microalgae based biostimulants at Macfrut 2018, a reference fair for the fruit and vegetable sector in Europe, was reiterated at the Congress 'Agri Biostimulants', that took place recently in Milan.
Although the official presentation of the range of biostimulants AgriAlgae® in the Italian market took place during last May within the framework of the fair Macfrut 2018, AlgaEnergy took advantage of its participation in the congress 'Agri Biostimulants' to showcase its innovative value proposition. The biotechnology-based company attended this event, held on the 13th and the 14th of June in Milan, as a distinguished sponsor.
AlgaEnergy’s participation included a presentation held by Carlos Rodríguez-Villa, the company’s General Manager. In his presentation titled ‘Usage of microalgae to develop next generation biostimulants’, Rodríguez-Villa highlighted the properties that make microalgae probably the best raw material to develop innovative, sustainable and highly efficient plant biostimulants, which are as well comprised in AgriAglae®, the range of microalgae derived biostimulants.
The participation in 'Agri Biostimulants', in addition to the presence at Macfrut 2018 a couple of weeks ago, represent a good example of AlgaEnergy’s interest in the Italian market. In this regard, Rodríguez-Villa highlighted that “Italy is a key market in the context of our international expansion. The interest generated in these relevant events encourages us to keep putting all our efforts in strengthening our presence and positioning in this important market".
